Our Behaviors.

We Will
Love our Families, and enjoy our work, so we will focus on the right balance that brings us joy.

We value full transparency, communicate honestly and thoughtfully with our clients and each other.

Have trust in ourselves, each other and our clients.

Recognize and embrace the vulnerability trust requires.

Be authentic, and act with integrity, no matter what headwinds we face.
We Will not
Simply be tolerant. Tolerance comes with conditions, and it does not carry us far enough.

Only offer respect for others. We strive to be way more empathetic & understanding.

Appear condescending. Our team members are learning and living experiences daily that help us learn humility and compassion.

We won’t actively exclude or intentionally offend. If we get something wrong, we ask for understanding while we learn and grow.
We value the lessons from failure and know we’re not perfect. We learn from mistakes and welcome honest and constructive feedback as well as a dialog about our behaviors as we strive to incorporate them into our professional and personal lives. We listen carefully and invite you to share your comments and values.
